METFIELD STORES is a veritable Aladdin’s cave – Sue sources products from all over and offers an incredibly wide range of goods to suit all pockets and tastes.
ORDERS: You can place an order for collection by you (or for delivery if you are vulnerable) by phoning Sue, our Manager. She will always do her best to accommodate your requirements. Suma products may be ordered in bulk by speaking to Miranda.
Most of the items listed are stocked on a regular basis but it does depend on availability and price.

. Takeaway snacks: hot sausage rolls and pasties, fresh sandwich selection, pork pies, scotch eggs, steak bakes
. Cakes and biscuits: a wide selection including Wendy’s Cakes (very popular) and Dark Chocolate Gingers. Also bourbon, custard creams, digestive, oat biscuits, jaffa cakes, Hobnobs, KitKat. Also GF cakes and biscuits, corn and rice cakes, biscuits for cheese – and lots more.
. Deli chiller: hummus, chorizo, salami, parma ham, Clarke’s sliced smoked and unsmoked ham (yummy), smoked salmon, crab sticks, pâté. Also plant butter, soy, oat and almond milk, ready meals for 2, coconut and rice drink, tofu, coleslaw, fish roe
. Dairy (in the back room): milk (whole, semi and full) and alternatives, yoghurt, kefir, crème fraiche, cream, cheddar, stilton, Baron Bigod, cream cheese.
. Bread: Tasty YQ bread from just up the road at Wakelyns, also delicious sourdough from Filo & Twine and Stradbroke Bakery plus Olde Barn Bakery sliced, rolls, teacakes etc.
