Owned and managed by Suffolk Wildlife Trust, Winks Meadow is a traditionally managed meadow of 3.5 acres. It is a site of special scientific interest (SSI) and home to several species of rare orchids.

A local farmer grazes his sheep on the meadow each year which ensures a plentiful display of orchids.
